Ajay Shimoga

Principal

Ajay leads all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, due diligence, deal execution, and board participation. Prior to his current role, he worked at Oxeon’s Venture Studio, where he helped build and invest in healthcare services and digital health companies, and at Goldman Sachs, advising on mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare services sector. Ajay earned a bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, traveling, and watching documentaries.
