AJ Shimoga

Principal

AJ leads all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, due diligence, deal execution and board participation. He was previously a senior associate at Oxeon Ventures, a venture studio focused on building and investing in health care services and digital health companies, and an analyst at Goldman Sachs, where he worked on health care services mergers and acquisitions. He earned a bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley. Though originally from California, AJ currently resides in New York City and is an avid Formula 1 fan.
